• Raising awareness of the hidden benefits of our music and how to use them to your advantage 
• Assisting our youth to reach a self-sustainable point in their career and achieve their dreams within the industry 
• Including and engaging young people in our communities and/or young people who aren’t usually able to engage within the arts.
